I hereby indemnify and hold STC harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including reasonable attorneys` fees) arising directly from your internet outage or power outage and the improper operation of software or hardware are all common issues that should be mentioned in your contract. As long as there are ideas worth spreading, the talking industry will thrive. I authorize STC to use my name, likeness, photo and biographical information in connection with the use and promotion of the Program. I grant STC a royalty-free license to record and distribute my presentations (including audio, documents, and PowerPoint presentations) as part of STC`s free Summit Playback and Summit Archived offerings, with an appropriate attribution for me.
