Section 7.6 Departure Plans. The parties acknowledge and agree that the transactions provided for in the Separation Agreement do not constitute the termination of the employment relationship of a Spinco Participant or Remainco Participant for the purposes of any policy, plan, program or agreement of Spinco or Remainco or any member of the Spinco Group or remainco Group that provides for the payment of severance pay. Severance pay, continued payment of wages or benefits similar to termination of employment. Spinco retains all liabilities related to severance pay, severance pay, continuous salary payments or similar benefits paid to a Spinco employee of a former Spinco employee as a result of a pending termination of employment from spinco`s distribution date and after Spinco`s distribution date. Section 12.1 Disclosure of Information. Such information shall be provided, to the extent possible, in the format requested and at the times and places requested, but in no event shall the party providing such information be obliged to bear expenses not reimbursed by the party making such a request or to provide such information outside its normal business hours and premises.
